Your benefits for each package include RKPainRelief.com and all affiliated websites and their related web channels, are in the sole discretion of Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Dr. Radha Krishna.
Your 1-year membership period starts from the time RKPainRelief.com is officially launched to the public.
You undertake as follows:
- That you have the necessary qualifications, licenses and permissions to practice as a healthcare professional to provide healthcare services to the public;
- To perform your duties as a healthcare professional to the best of your ability and to the standards expected of you by your country’s governing medical or health body;
- To represent RKPainRelief.com, Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd., Dr. Radha Krishna, RK Range of solutions, products and services including RK XERO, RK RESTORE and upcoming RK Range of solutions, products and services, the RK Panel Of Healthcare Professionals, their related websites, web channels, communities, social media pages, Instant Messaging groups and channels and anything related to these assets and online presence, in a good light and in a good stead;
- To get your patients’ consent in writing if you provide treatments to them that are not sanctioned or approved by your governing medical or health body;
- To order the minimum number of boxes of RK XERO per month if your member level requires it;
- To diligently deliver your articles, audios and/or videos to Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd. for publication on RKPainRelief.com and related websites, Instant Messaging groups and channels and social media accounts if you are a contributor to the RKPainRelief.com and affiliate websites’ blogs by virtue of being a member of RK Healthcare Professionals;
- To ensure you have checked the information in your writings, audios and videos to be correct, accurate and in the format required for publication on RKPainRelief.com and related websites;
- To give permission to Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Dr. Radha Krishna to publish your writings, audios and videos on RKPainRelief.com and all related websites, Instant Messaging groups and channels and social media accounts and for them to be repurposed in any way to provide value to visitors and customers to RKPainRelief.com and its related websites and channels, without compensation to you, for as long as is deemed necessary by Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Dr. Radha Krishna;
- To be solely responsible for any damages or injuries caused to RKPainRelief.com and its related sites, groups, channels and social media accounts, and their visitors, customers or members, including any damage to Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Dr. Radha Krishna’s integrity and reputation arising from your negligence, wrong treatment, misinformation, not getting consent from your patients for unsanctioned treatments, or any other misdeeds.
- To indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Dr. Radha Krishna and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims arising from or in connection with any act, omission, misdeed or bad behaviour by you, including but not limited to:
  - Damages or injuries caused by negligence or wrong treatment.
  - Misinformation in any articles, audios, or videos provided by you.
  - Misrepresentation or fraud regarding your qualifications, experience, or outcomes.
  - Any criminal or civil liabilities incurred as a result of treating the visitors to RKPainRelief.com and related sites, channels and social media accounts.
  - Any loss of sales, revenues and/or loss of their integrity or reputation.
Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Dr. Radha Krishna reserve the right terminate your membership and delete your articles, blog posts, audios and videos on RKPainRelief.com, related websites, groups, channels and social media accounts for any breach by you of your undertakings above or of any laws in your country, without notice and without any compensation to you and/or without any refund of any fee paid by you.
In return for your joining the RK Panel Of Healthcare Professionals, your benefits are as shown in the RK Panel Of Healthcare Professionals document attached. These benefits may be modified in the future for realignment and other purposes.
No refund will be made once the joining fee is paid whether partially or in full.
Maximus Resources Sdn. Bhd. and Dr. Radha Krishna reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement to preserve the integrity of every doctor and healthcare professional in the RK Panel of Healthcare Professionals in response to future potential misconduct or breaches of this agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
